Thank You!

Thank you to everyone who has already supported my journey or left a note of encouragement. I am beyond grateful for the favor the Lord has shown through you as I step fully into this journey. We have already reached my first benchmark of $1,000! So many of you have touched my life both now and in the past and I cannot thank you enough. I look forward to all of the ways you will continue to support me in the days ahead. 

 

To those of you who were a part of my childhood journey, THANK YOU! You were essential in helping me understand the power of volunteering; giving of your time and finances to ensure the enjoyment and growth of your children, their teammates and their closest friends. You taught me about encouragement, patience and boldness. You taught me perseverance, resilience and gratitude. From horseback riding, to sports, to theater, to school, to youth group I was shaped and molded into the person I am today. The countless hours I spent in the presence of each of you, enjoying grown-up conversations and childlike play, my gratitude is immeasurable. 

 

To those of you who remain an essential part of my day-to-day life, THANK YOU! You too are more valuable than you know. In the last five years, I have gotten to grow and learn from incredible men and mostly women. I’ve learned what it means to love deeply and to walk bravely through the trials and tribulations of life. I’ve learned to slow down and enjoy conversations and coffee. I’ve learned that reading is a pastime that can bring more knowledge and passion into your life. I’ve learned that hard times come to everyone but the support of good friends and wise counsel can pull you through. I’ve learned that deep roots in a community can provide the freedom to spread your wings without fear.

 

To those of you who are family by blood or by circumstance, THANK YOU AND I LOVE YOU! I love that you have stood by me and supported me through every step of my life. You have allowed me to experience life in ways I never could have by opening your homes to me and your tables ??. You’ve dealt with me in times of difficult growth and had patience with me when I needed a listening ear, at all hours of the day or night. Repaying you for the love you have shown me is impossible. 

 

To the Lord, God Almighty, I THANK YOU ABOVE ALL ELSE. I thank you for this life and for this place of blessing I get to stand in. Your love for your children is overwhelming. Your grace is never failing. Your leadership and guidance has protected me and pursued me. Everything flows from you. To you I will give my life. To you I will give all of the glory.
